Can I do This?

CrossFit can be an intimidating word. Heavy weights being thrown around, you heard it was dangerous or you need to be in really great shape to start. Sure we move some weight and you will too but you don’t have to be in shape or need to lose a bunch of weight first. Our small class sizes allow for our coaches to scale and adjust the workouts to make it safe and fun from day one!
